The panel01
What does the SciatiEase Supplement Facts panel say?
The SciatiEase Supplement Facts panel lists 12 ingredients in a 4-capsule serving, with 30 servings in each bottle. Eight lines print an exact amount; four herbs share one 50 mg total.
The panel image is small, so every word sits in the table beside it. Where the panel and any web page disagree, we go with the panel.

Plain English02
How do you read the SciatiEase label?
Read the SciatiEase label from top to bottom: serving size, then each ingredient with its amount, then the blends, then other ingredients. Each part answers a different question.
The serving size tells you what all the amounts refer to. On this bottle, every number is per 4 capsules, not per capsule.
| Part of the label | What it says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Serving size | 4 capsules; 30 servings | One capsule holds a quarter of each amount |
| Vitamins with % DV | B2, B6, folate, B12 | Share of a daily need from one serving |
| AlphaPalm blend | 750 mg total | A brand name for R-ALA 250 mg plus PEA 500 mg |
| ‡ marks | Daily Value not established | No official daily need exists for that line |
| Proprietary blend | 50 mg, four herbs | Single herb amounts are hidden (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)) |
| Other ingredients | Gelatin, MCC, stearate, silica | Capsule shell and fillers; not vegetarian |
Daily Value03
Why are the SciatiEase Daily Values so high?
The Daily Values are high because each vitamin is many times the daily need. B12 shows 41,667% and B2 shows 1,923%.
A high percentage is not the same as a high effect. Only about 1.3% of a 1,000 mcg oral B12 dose is absorbed, and B12 has no upper limit (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12). Little riboflavin is taken in from one dose above about 27 mg (NIH ODS, Riboflavin).
Vitamin B6 is the line to watch. At 1,177% DV, its 20 mg sits under the US upper limit of 100 mg but above Europe's 12 mg limit (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Do not stack B6 products.
Blends04
Why does the SciatiEase label hide the herb amounts?
The label hides single herb amounts because it groups them as a "Proprietary Blend", which federal rules allow. The rules require only the blend's total weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)).
The herbs must still appear from most to least by weight. That lets you work out a ceiling for each: the herb in place k holds at most 50/k mg.
- Feverfew flower extract 4:1: at most 50 mg
- Passionflower extract 4:1: at most 25 mg
- Chinese skullcap root extract 4:1: at most 16.7 mg
- Oat straw extract 4:1: at most 12.5 mg
"4:1" means 4 parts of plant made 1 part of extract. See the herb blend page.

What does the front of the SciatiEase bottle say?
The SciatiEase bottle front carries the brand name, "Sciatic Nerve Formula" and four support claims, each with an asterisk. It also notes 120 capsules and the words "Dietary Supplement".
The asterisk links each claim to the FDA statement. Those claims have not been evaluated, and the product is not meant to treat any disease (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements).
Tap a number to read that part of the bottle.
- SciatiEase Labs band
The blue band carries the brand name. The brand's website lists SciatiEase Labs, LLC in Smyrna, Tennessee.
- Maximum Strength
A marketing line. Renders of the same bottle say 'Maximum Power'. Neither has a defined meaning.
- SciatiEase
The product name, with a registered-mark symbol.
- Supports Sciatic Nerve Health*
A structure/function claim. The asterisk points to the FDA statement: not evaluated, not a treatment.
- 12 research backed ingredients
The panel does list 12 lines. 'Research backed' means the ingredients were studied, not this product.
- Three support lines
Supports Comfort, Nerve Health and a Healthy Inflammatory Response, each with an asterisk.
The photographed bottle says "Maximum Strength". Brand renders of the same bottle say "Maximum Power". Neither term has a set meaning.
Label vs website06
Why does the SciatiEase website list different amounts?
The brand's ingredients page lists larger amounts than the panel for four lines (SciatiEase ingredients page). We do not know why, and the panel is what governs the bottle.
The web page shows PEA 600 mg, R-ALA 300 mg, ALCAR 300 mg and benfotiamine 300 mg. The panel prints 500, 250, 250 and 200 mg per 4 capsules. Every figure on our site follows the panel.

Gaps07
What is missing from the SciatiEase label images?
The images we have show the panel and the front, but not the directions, warnings or lot panel. Ask the order desk at +1 (844) 361-1273 for a photo of those sides.
The directions we report come from the brand's pages: 2 capsules with breakfast, and 2 more with dinner for the full serving (SciatiEase sales page). The brand also advises talking with a healthcare professional before starting.
- Gluten: no gluten-free claim appears. Oat straw may matter if you have celiac disease.
- Allergens: no allergen statement appears in our images.
- Lot SE-26/IS-8396 and CoA SE-8396-26-IS: seller references, not lab proof. See batch verify.
- Maker: the brand's website names SciatiEase Labs, LLC, Smyrna, TN.
Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed. Read side effects before you start.
FAQ08
SciatiEase label: common questions
Is SciatiEase gluten free?
The SciatiEase label images we have make no gluten-free claim. The herb blend includes oat straw, which can carry gluten unless it is certified gluten free. If you have celiac disease, ask the order desk before you buy.
What is in SciatiEase pills?
Each 4-capsule serving holds vitamins B2, B6, folate and B12, PEA 500 mg, R-alpha lipoic acid 250 mg, acetyl-L-carnitine 250 mg, benfotiamine 200 mg and a 50 mg herb blend, in a gelatin shell with cellulose, stearate and silica.
Is SciatiEase vegetarian?
No. The SciatiEase capsule shell is gelatin, which comes from animals, so the product is not vegetarian or vegan. The label does not list a plant-based capsule option.
What does AlphaPalm mean on the SciatiEase label?
AlphaPalm is the brand's name for a 750 mg blend of two printed lines: R-alpha lipoic acid 250 mg and PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) 500 mg. Both amounts appear on the panel.
What does the double dagger on the SciatiEase label mean?
The ‡ symbol means no Daily Value has been set for that line. It marks non-vitamin lines such as PEA, acetyl-L-carnitine, benfotiamine and the herb blend, which have no official daily need.
Which side of the SciatiEase bottle carries the directions?
The label images we have do not show the directions side. The panel sets a serving at 4 capsules, and the sales page says 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner (SciatiEase sales page). Check the side of your bottle.
How much vitamin B6 does one SciatiEase capsule hold?
One capsule holds about 5 mg of B6, since the 4-capsule serving holds 20 mg. That serving is under the US 100 mg upper limit but above the EU 12 mg limit (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6).
