The bottle01
What do people ask about the SciatiEase bottle and label?
No question matches. Try another word.
The SciatiEase label is the best first stop for any question about the capsules. It names 12 ingredients, a serving of 4 capsules and 30 servings in a bottle of 120. When an ad or a web page says something different, we go with the label.
Type one word in the search box to filter all 43 questions at once. Try "PEA", "surgery" or "refund".
Every answer is short on purpose. Where a topic needs more room, the answer points to the page that covers it in full.
Does SciatiEase come as a gummy, powder or liquid?
No. SciatiEase comes only as capsules, in a white bottle of 120. We know of no gummy, drop, cream, oil or powder version from the brand. A listing that shows one is not the product on the label, so check who is selling it before you pay.
Why does one SciatiEase bottle say Maximum Strength and another Maximum Power?
The hand-held bottle photo reads "Maximum Strength", while the computer renders of 1, 3 and 6 bottles read "Maximum Power". Both carry the same blue band and claims. Neither phrase is a measured amount; the Supplement Facts panel is what shows the real doses.
What does the asterisk after each SciatiEase front claim mean?
The asterisk ties each claim, such as "Supports Nerve Health*", to the FDA statement. That statement says the FDA has not evaluated the claims and that the product is not meant to diagnose or treat any disease (FDA 101: Dietary Supplements). The claims describe support, not results.
Why are the herb amounts in SciatiEase not printed?
The four herbs share a 50 mg proprietary blend, and federal labeling rules let a blend show only its total weight (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). The herbs must be listed from most to least by weight. So feverfew holds at most 50 mg and oat straw at most 12.5 mg.
Which 12 items does the SciatiEase front label count?
The count matches the 12 lines on the panel: vitamins B2, B6, folate and B12; R-alpha lipoic acid and PEA; acetyl-L-carnitine; benfotiamine; and four herbs, which are feverfew, passionflower, Chinese skullcap and oat straw. Eight lines print an amount, and the herbs share 50 mg.
Are SciatiEase capsule shells made from gelatin?
Not if they avoid animal products. The other-ingredients line lists gelatin as the capsule shell, along with microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica. Gelatin comes from animals, so SciatiEase is neither vegetarian nor vegan. We know of no plant-capsule version from the brand.
Ingredients02
How much of each ingredient is in a SciatiEase serving?
A SciatiEase serving is 4 capsules, and every amount on the panel is for those 4. Take 2 capsules and each number halves. PEA is the largest line at 500 mg, and benfotiamine comes next at 200 mg.
The amounts sit at different distances from the research. PEA lands inside the range used in a sciatica trial (Cruccu et al., CNS Drug Targets 2019). Lipoic acid and acetyl-L-carnitine sit well below the doses most trials used (Hsieh et al., Nutrients 2023) (Rolim et al., Cochrane 2019).
The table splits the main lines into 2-capsule and 4-capsule amounts.
| Label line | 2 capsules | 4 capsules | Daily dose in research |
|---|---|---|---|
| PEA | 250 mg | 500 mg | 300-600 mg (Cruccu et al., CNS Drug Targets 2019) |
| R-alpha lipoic acid | 125 mg | 250 mg | 600-1,800 mg (Hsieh et al., Nutrients 2023) |
| Acetyl-L-carnitine | 125 mg | 250 mg | 1,500-3,000 mg (Rolim et al., Cochrane 2019) |
| Benfotiamine | 100 mg | 200 mg | 300-600 mg (Stracke et al., BENDIP 2008) |
| Vitamin B6 | 10 mg | 20 mg | US upper limit 100 mg; EU limit 12 mg (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6) |
| Herb blend | 25 mg | 50 mg | No sciatica dose set |
How much PEA is in 2 SciatiEase capsules?
Two capsules hold 250 mg of PEA, half the 500 mg in the full 4-capsule serving. The sciatica trial behind most PEA claims gave 300 or 600 mg a day for 3 weeks (Cruccu et al., CNS Drug Targets 2019). So 2 capsules fall below that range, and 4 capsules land inside it.
Is the lipoic acid in SciatiEase the R form?
Yes. The panel lists R-alpha lipoic acid (R-ALA), 250 mg per 4 capsules, inside the AlphaPalm blend with PEA. Oral trials in diabetic neuropathy used 600 to 1,800 mg a day of alpha-lipoic acid. Symptom scores improved there, but pain scores did not (Hsieh et al., Nutrients 2023).
Are the B vitamins in SciatiEase active forms?
Yes. The label lists riboflavin-5-phosphate for B2, pyridoxal-5-phosphate for B6, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate for folate and methylcobalamin for B12. These are forms the body can use directly. Need matters more than form, though: extra B12 helps nerves mainly when your levels are low (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12).
Does SciatiEase contain magnesium, turmeric or vitamin D?
No. None of the three appears among the 12 lines on the Supplement Facts panel. If you already take magnesium, turmeric or vitamin D, SciatiEase does not overlap with them. It does add B vitamins, so compare B6 totals with any multivitamin you use.
How much feverfew is in a SciatiEase serving?
At most 50 mg, and likely less. Feverfew is listed first in the 50 mg herb blend, so it is the largest herb by weight, but the label does not print its share (21 CFR 101.36 (eCFR)). Feverfew research centers on migraine, not sciatica, and the results are mixed (NCCIH, Feverfew).
Is there caffeine or another stimulant in SciatiEase?
No stimulant appears on the label. The 12 lines are vitamins, nutrients and four herbs, and the other ingredients are the gelatin shell and three fillers. One herb, passionflower, leans the other way: it can cause drowsiness in some people (NCCIH, Passionflower).
Every line, with its evidence, is on the ingredients page.
Daily use03
How do people fit SciatiEase capsules into the day?
Most people split SciatiEase into 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with dinner, as the sales page suggests (SciatiEase sales page). Together that makes the 4-capsule label serving. Some take only the morning pair, which stretches a bottle to 60 days.
Stay at or under 4 capsules a day unless your doctor says otherwise. The order page has suggested 4 capsules twice a day when results feel slow (SciatiEase order page). That doubles the serving and the vitamin B6 with it.
Keep the bottle where you eat breakfast. A weekly pill box shows a missed day at a glance, and a note on your calendar at day 30 reminds you to check how things are going.
Is it fine to swallow all 4 SciatiEase capsules at breakfast?
The label sets a 4-capsule serving but, in the images we have, gives no split. The brand's pages suggest 2 in the morning and 2 at dinner (SciatiEase sales page). Splitting may sit easier on the stomach. If one sitting suits your day better, ask your pharmacist first.
What should I do if I forget a SciatiEase dose?
Skip the missed pair and take the next one at your usual meal. Do not double up to catch up. One missed pair makes little difference over a month. A pill box or a phone reminder keeps the routine steady.
Can I open a SciatiEase capsule and mix it into food?
The label images we have give no advice on opening the capsules. The powder may taste bitter, and the shell is meant to be swallowed. If capsules are hard for you, ask a pharmacist before opening one, or ask the order desk at +1 (844) 361-1273.
Is 8 SciatiEase capsules a day too many?
Eight a day is twice the label serving, so ask your doctor first. It would bring vitamin B6 to 40 mg a day, more than three times the EU limit of 12 mg (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). The order page suggested it for slow results (SciatiEase order page); the label does not.
How long does a SciatiEase bottle last at 2 capsules a day?
About 60 days. The bottle holds 120 capsules, so 2 a day stretches it to two months. At the full label serving of 4 a day, it lasts 30 days. Reorder about two weeks before you run out, since delivery can take several business days.
Can I take SciatiEase along with a multivitamin?
Often yes, but add up the vitamin B6 first. SciatiEase holds 20 mg per 4 capsules, and many multivitamins add a few more. Long-term high B6 can harm nerves (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Do not stack it with a B-complex or a second nerve formula without asking a pharmacist.
Meal timing and the full routine are on the how to take it page.
Safety04
What safety questions come up most with SciatiEase?
SciatiEase lists no prescription drug, but a few of its lines call for care. Feverfew may slow blood clotting (NCCIH, Feverfew). Passionflower can cause drowsiness (NCCIH, Passionflower). Chinese skullcap has liver injury case reports (MSK, Scutellaria baicalensis), and lipoic acid may lower blood sugar (Linus Pauling Inst., Lipoic Acid).
Tell your doctor and pharmacist about every supplement you take (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely). A quick check against your medicine list takes them only minutes.
Never stop, skip or lower a prescribed medicine because you started SciatiEase. Talk to the doctor who prescribed it before any change.
Is 20 mg of vitamin B6 in SciatiEase too much?
It is under the US adult upper limit of 100 mg a day but above the European limit of 12 mg set in 2023 (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6). Nerve damage from B6 comes from high doses over months. Do not stack B6 products, and call your doctor if new tingling starts.
Why might SciatiEase turn urine bright yellow?
Vitamin B2. Each serving has 25 mg of riboflavin-5-phosphate, and the body passes what it does not use in urine, which turns bright yellow. This is harmless and expected (MedlinePlus, Riboflavin). It is not a sign that the capsules are working or failing.
Should I tell my surgeon that I take SciatiEase?
Tell your surgeon, and expect to stop it about 2 weeks ahead. Feverfew may slow blood clotting and is usually stopped at least 2 weeks before surgery (NCCIH, Feverfew). Passionflower may interact with anesthesia (NCCIH, Passionflower). Your care team decides when you can restart.
Does SciatiEase matter if I take metformin?
It can. Metformin can lower vitamin B12 over time (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12), and SciatiEase adds 1 mg of B12. Lipoic acid may also lower blood sugar alongside diabetes medicine (Linus Pauling Inst., Lipoic Acid). Check your glucose more closely at first, and ask your doctor about a B12 blood test.
Can I take SciatiEase while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Ask your doctor first, and expect a no. Feverfew should not be used in pregnancy because it may affect the uterus (NCCIH, Feverfew), and passionflower is also advised against (NCCIH, Passionflower). Many supplements have never been tested in pregnant or nursing women (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely).
Can SciatiEase make me drowsy?
It might. Passionflower, one of the four herbs, can cause drowsiness, dizziness or confusion (NCCIH, Passionflower). The amount is small, at most 25 mg. Take care if you also use a sleep aid, alcohol or a sedating medicine, and see how you feel before you drive.
Could SciatiEase affect my liver tests?
It is possible but uncommon. Chinese skullcap has case reports of liver injury from formulas that contain it (MSK, Scutellaria baicalensis). SciatiEase holds at most 16.7 mg. If you have liver disease, ask first; if you notice dark urine or yellow skin, stop and call your doctor.

Can SciatiEase take the place of sciatica care?
No. SciatiEase is a dietary supplement, and no trial has tested it for sciatica. Sciatica usually starts with pressure on a nerve root in the low back (MedlinePlus, Sciatica). Most cases ease within a few weeks with activity and time (NHS, Sciatica).
Doctors' guidelines start with non-drug care such as heat, massage, spinal manipulation and exercise (Qaseem et al., ACP guideline 2017). A supplement can sit beside that care. It should not stand in front of it.
Some symptoms need emergency care: weakness in both legs, numbness around the genitals or bottom, or new bladder or bowel trouble (AANS, Cauda Equina Syndrome).
Should I keep doing my sciatica exercises while taking SciatiEase?
No. Staying active is core sciatica care, and structured exercise gave a small short-term edge for leg pain over advice alone (Fernandez et al., Spine 2015). SciatiEase has no trial at all. If a therapist has given you exercises, keep doing them whether or not you take capsules.
When is sciatica an emergency instead of a supplement question?
When it comes with weakness in both legs, numbness around the genitals or bottom, or new bladder or bowel problems. These can signal cauda equina syndrome, which needs urgent surgery (AANS, Cauda Equina Syndrome). Call 911 or go straight to an emergency room. Do not wait to see if a supplement helps.
Does SciatiEase help burning feet from diabetic neuropathy?
No study has tested it for that. Diabetic neuropathy is managed mainly through blood sugar, blood pressure and foot care, and NIDDK advises asking a doctor before using supplements (NIDDK, Peripheral Neuropathy). Some ingredients were studied there at higher doses than SciatiEase holds (Hsieh et al., Nutrients 2023) (Stracke et al., BENDIP 2008).
Has SciatiEase itself been tested in a clinical trial?
No. We found no trial of the SciatiEase formula. The studies cited across the site tested single ingredients, often at other doses and in other groups, such as people with diabetic neuropathy. Results for one ingredient alone cannot be carried over to the whole capsule (FTC, Health Products Compliance).
How can I tell at day 30 if SciatiEase is doing anything?
Keep a short daily log from day one: leg pain from 0 to 10, how far you walked and how you slept. Compare week 1 with week 4. Sciatica often eases by itself within 4 to 6 weeks (NHS, Sciatica), so a change may not come from the capsules.

Prices and orders06
What does SciatiEase cost, and how do orders work?
SciatiEase costs $69.00 for one bottle plus $6.95 shipping and handling, $59.99 a bottle in the 3-pack and $49.99 a bottle in the 6-pack (SciatiEase order page). The order page does not print totals for the 3 and 6 packs, so we do not add them up.
Our order buttons pass you to the SciatiEase sales page. Payment, shipping and tracking all run through the brand's checkout, not through this website.

Why does the SciatiEase ad mention $79 when the order page shows $69?
The ad-style sales page calls $79 the official website price, then offers $69 through its link and "as low as $49" a bottle in bigger packs (SciatiEase sales page). The order page lists $69.00 for one bottle (SciatiEase order page). The price on the checkout screen is the one you pay.
Does the SciatiEase 6-bottle pack ship free?
The order page does not say. It prints $6.95 shipping and handling for the single bottle but no shipping line for the 3- or 6-bottle packs (SciatiEase order page). Check the shipping charge on the checkout screen before you pay, and save a screenshot of the summary.
What does SciatiEase cost per day at the full serving?
About $2.30 a day from a single bottle, $2.00 in the 3-pack and $1.67 in the 6-pack, at 4 capsules a day. At 2 capsules a day the figures halve to about $1.15, $1.00 and $0.83. Shipping is extra.
Which payment cards does the SciatiEase checkout show?
The brand's checkout images show Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We cannot confirm other methods. The charge is made by the brand's checkout, not by this website, so card questions go to the order desk at +1 (844) 361-1273.
Where is the tracking link for a SciatiEase package?
Use the tracking link in your order confirmation email. If the parcel has not arrived, call the SciatiEase order desk at +1 (844) 361-1273 with your order ID. The support page gives two delivery estimates: 3-5 business days in one spot and 7 to 14 in another (SciatiEase support page).
Can the Isciatiease website inbox change my SciatiEase order?
No. Our inbox, [email protected], handles questions about these pages, typos, privacy and press. It cannot see orders, payments or tracking. For changes, cancellations or a missing parcel, call +1 (844) 361-1273 or use the email on sciatiease.com/support.php.
Pack math and a supply planner are on pricing.
Refunds and trust07
How do SciatiEase refunds and site checks work?
SciatiEase refunds run through the brand's order desk under a 180-day money-back guarantee (SciatiEase order page). You call or email with your order ID, then mail the bottles back with tracking.
The same desk answers questions about lot numbers. We print what we can verify and say plainly what we cannot, such as lab reports and customer ratings.
- Have your order ID ready before you call +1 (844) 361-1273.
- Ship bottles back, empty or full, with a tracking number.
- Keep the postage receipt until the refund shows on your card.
Do I have to send back empty SciatiEase bottles for a refund?
Yes, send the bottles back, empty or full. The support page ties the money-back refund to returning them (SciatiEase support page). Mail them to 75 Broad Street, Suite 2400, New York, NY 10004, USA with your full name, email and order ID, using a tracked service.
Who pays to mail SciatiEase bottles back?
You do. Return postage is the buyer's cost, and the original shipping and handling may not come back either. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund posts. A padded envelope usually fits one or two bottles.
How long does a SciatiEase refund take after the bottles arrive?
About 3-5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for your card issuer to post it. Count on two to three weeks from the day you mail the box. Call +1 (844) 361-1273 if nothing shows after that.
Is the SciatiEase refund window 180 days or a full year?
The sales and order pages say 180 days (SciatiEase sales page) (SciatiEase order page). The brand's home page also mentions an entire year, minus shipping and handling, on your most recent order. The two do not match, so confirm your window with the desk before relying on the longer one.
What do the SciatiEase lot and CoA codes on this site mean?
Lot SE-26/IS-8396 and CoA SE-8396-26-IS are seller references for stock. They are not lab results, and no certificate of analysis has been published. Ask the order desk to match the lot printed on your bottle, or see batch verify.
Why are there no SciatiEase star ratings on this site?
Because none are verified yet. We publish a review only after it is matched to a real order and the buyer agrees. The brand's order page says its reviewers received compensation, such as a free bottle (SciatiEase order page), and fake or hidden paid reviews are banned (FTC, Final rule on fake reviews).
Does Isciatiease earn money when I buy SciatiEase?
Yes. Isciatiease is a U.S. desk for SciatiEase, not the maker, and we earn money when you order through our buttons. That income does not change what we print: the label wins, and the weak spots stay in plain view.
Every step and deadline is on the refund policy.
