SciatiEase drug interactions: an ingredient-by-ingredient map
SciatiEase drug interactions come mainly from its herbs and a few vitamins. Feverfew and skullcap may affect clotting, passionflower adds drowsiness, lipoic acid may lower blood sugar, and B6, folate and carnitine touch some seizure drugs. None has been tested with the product itself. Ask your pharmacist first.

Which SciatiEase drug interactions are known or possible?
SciatiEase drug interactions are not proven by a trial. They are possible, based on what we know about each ingredient. This page maps those flags in one place, ingredient by ingredient.
Why by ingredient? Because the product has 12 lines on the panel, and a different line is behind each warning. Once you see the map, a talk with your pharmacist is easier. You can point at a line and ask a clear question.
Herbs carry most of the risk. (NCCIH, Herb-Drug Interactions) That is true of supplements in general, not just this one.

| R-alpha lipoic acid | 250 mg | Insulin, diabetes pills | May lower blood sugar (Linus Pauling Inst., Lipoic Acid) |
| Vitamin B6 | 20 mg | Phenytoin | High-dose B6 may lower phenytoin levels (NIH ODS, Vitamin B6) |

Two lines have no interaction flag in the sources used here: PEA and benfotiamine. That is not a clean bill of health. It means those sources list none.
Which SciatiEase drug interactions matter most?
The two that matter most for safety are clotting and drowsiness. Both come from the herb blend.
On clotting, feverfew may slow it. Herbs and blood thinners are a known risk pair. Ginkgo with warfarin, for example, is linked to more major bleeding than warfarin alone. (NCCIH, Herb-Drug Interactions) Apixaban (Eliquis) has not been studied with these herbs, so the safe step is to ask.
On drowsiness, passionflower is the herb to note. Pair it with a sedating medicine and the effect can add up. Alcohol adds more. Do not drive or use tools until you know how you react.
What about SciatiEase drug interactions with blood sugar and B12?
Lipoic acid may lower blood sugar. So if you use insulin or diabetes pills, check your readings more often and tell your doctor you started a supplement.
Metformin works the other way for B12. It can lower B12 levels. The 1 mg of B12 in a serving may help if you are low, but a blood test tells you that, not a capsule.
How should you handle SciatiEase drug interactions day to day?
- Bring the bottle, or a photo of the panel, to every medicine review.
- Report unusual bruising, nosebleeds or dark stools straight away.
- Report new tingling or numbness in the hands or feet, since B6 stacking can cause it.
- Keep one list of all products and update it when anything changes.
- Use our side effects page as a checklist of signs to watch.

Our view on SciatiEase drug interactions
Our view: the map is short, and the key flags are clotting, drowsiness and blood sugar. If none of those apply to you, risk is likely lower. If one does, ask before you start.
SciatiEase is not FDA approved, as no supplement is. For one common pair, read can you take SciatiEase with Eliquis. See the supplements and nerve medicines guide for more on pairs that matter.
