Can SciatiEase Cause Diarrhea or Constipation?
Can SciatiEase cause diarrhea? It might. Riboflavin, acetyl-L-carnitine, feverfew and lipoic acid each list stomach upset or diarrhea in our sources. We found no source linking its ingredients to constipation. No study tested the finished capsules, so call your doctor if symptoms last.

Can SciatiEase cause diarrhea?
Yes, it can. Diarrhea and stomach upset are listed side effects for several SciatiEase ingredients, though usually at higher doses or in some people.
We found no study of the finished capsules. So we looked at each ingredient. Riboflavin, the B2 in SciatiEase, may cause diarrhea (MedlinePlus, Riboflavin). Feverfew can cause nausea, digestive upset and bloating (NCCIH, Feverfew).
| Ingredient | Per 4 capsules | Effect in our sources |
|---|---|---|
| Riboflavin (B2) | 25 mg | May cause diarrhea; harmless bright yellow urine |
| Feverfew | At most 50 mg | Nausea, digestive upset, bloating |
| Acetyl-L-carnitine | 250 mg | Cramps and diarrhea at about 3,000 mg a day (NIH ODS, Carnitine) |
| Lipoic acid | 250 mg R-form | Nausea, abdominal pain (Linus Pauling Inst., Lipoic Acid) |
Is SciatiEase likely to upset my stomach at the label dose?
It is less likely at the label dose than at the doses in those warnings, but we cannot promise that. Acetyl-L-carnitine upset was reported near 3,000 mg a day. SciatiEase holds 250 mg per serving.
Stomach reactions vary. Some people react to one ingredient or to combining many at once. Capsule fillers can also matter, but our sources do not cover them. The other ingredients are gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica.
The sales page starts with 2 capsules at breakfast, half the serving on the label. Our how to take SciatiEase guide explains the plan. Starting low gives your body time to show how it reacts.
Can SciatiEase cause constipation?
We found no source that lists constipation for any SciatiEase ingredient. That does not rule it out for you.
Many things change bowel habits, including other medicines, low fluids, less movement and a change in routine. Pain that keeps you still can slow the gut. If constipation begins after you start the capsules, stop them and note the date.
Some prescription pain and nerve medicines affect the bowel. Ask your pharmacist whether yours do before blaming a supplement.

FAQ01
Quick answers on SciatiEase and your gut
Why is my urine bright yellow on SciatiEase?
The riboflavin (B2) in SciatiEase turns urine bright yellow. This is harmless. A dark or red color, pain when you pass urine or a fever is a different matter, so call your doctor.
Should I take SciatiEase on an empty stomach?
We suggest food. The sales page says to take the first 2 capsules with breakfast. Lipoic acid absorbs better empty, but food may ease stomach upset. If you have trouble either way, ask your pharmacist about the best timing.
How long does SciatiEase stomach upset last?
We found no study that tells us. Mild upset often passes within days of lowering the dose or taking capsules with food. If it lasts more than a few days or gets worse, stop and call your doctor.
